In short: this website shows who we are and what we do. The content belongs to us or our clients, so you are welcome to read it and share the link, but not to copy it and pass it off as your own. Our services are agreed in a separate contract, not through the website.

1.Who we are and what these terms cover

The website digitalstar.ro is operated by Digital Star Marketing S.R.L., with its registered office at Strada Maria Rosetti 6, etaj 8, București 030167, tax ID RO26390950, Trade Register no. J2010000359408 (“Digital Star”, “we”). These terms apply to anyone who accesses the website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2.The website is not a commercial offer

Information about services, projects and results is for presentation purposes. It does not constitute a firm offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Any collaboration with Digital Star is based on a written offer and a signed contract, which take precedence over any information on the website.

The results presented in the case studies belong to those projects, in their own market, budget and time context. They do not guarantee identical results for other brands.

3.Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, photographs, video materials, illustrations and code of the website are protected by copyright and trademark law. They belong to Digital Star or are used with the consent of their owners.

The trademarks, logos and campaign materials of our clients are their property. We show them with their consent, as a portfolio. Their presence on the website does not give you any right to use them.

You may read, save for personal use and share links to our pages. Without our written consent you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or commercially use the content of the website, including for training artificial intelligence systems or through automated collection (scraping). Short quotes, with the source credited and a link to the original page, are fine.

4.Fair use of the website

You may not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or other users’ data;
  • introduce viruses or malicious code, or deliberately overload the website;
  • send illegal, offensive or spam content through the forms, or other people’s data without the right to do so;
  • pretend to be another person or company.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules and may notify the authorities.

5.What you send us through the website

When you send us a message, a request or a brief, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Ideas and materials sent unsolicited do not create any contractual obligations for us. If you want to discuss confidential information before a collaboration, tell us and we will sign a confidentiality agreement first.

6.Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at all times. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the website will work without interruption or technical errors.

7.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Star is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of information on the website. This limitation does not apply to intentional acts or gross negligence, nor where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

10.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably, so please write to us at [email protected]. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts at Digital Star’s registered office, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.
